Yinliang PavilionIssuing time:2021-11-03 20:05 The pavilion originally had in its east a huge rock that wind can shake. Being four meters high and three meters wide, this top-thin rock stands on the edge of the cliff and shades the rising sun. In mid-summer, the place is very cool in breeze, with no fly or mosquito. Legend says that during the reign of Emperor Shi Zong of the Jin Dynasty, Immortal Wang Chongyang and his student often came here to play chess. Wang used a handkerchief and wrapped a cobblestone and placed it at the edge of the Xianfengtuo. He then blew at it and the cobble immediately grew bigger and provided a shade for the two chess players. The rock was removed by the quarrymen in the 1970s for other purpose. For this reason, when the pavilion was built in 1996, it was named the Shade Pavilion”. PrevBaita Reservoir
