The Ruins of Miaojue TempleIssuing time:2022-03-23 22:36 The Ruins of Miaojue Temple is about 1km from the Che’erying Village, 50m from the Jingang Stone Pagoda. Tablet inscription says that the Ruins of Miaojue Temple was first built by Wanyan Jing, Emperor Zhang Zong of the Jin Dynasty, called the Huangpu Courtyard. In 1437 (the second year of the reign of Emperor Zhengtong of the Ming Dynasty), it was given an imperial name: Miaojuechan Temple. In 1501 (the 14th year of the Hongzhi reign), it was renamed the Ruiyun Temple of the Mingzhao Cave, or commonly called the Huanggu Temple. In 1434 (the 9th year of the reign of Emperor Xuande of the Ming Dynasty ), it was rebuilt, inauguarated in 1438, included over 40 room, bell tower, drum tower. In 1941, the temple was burn down, the existing temple has only an ancient ginkgo and the ruins. Next国艺文化
